De-Grouting & Re-Grouting

Our Re-grouting projects start with vacuuming up all the water after the staff cleans up for the night, Removing the existing Grout and debris a 1/4" deep (more if wanted by customer) and the FULL width of the grout lines, using power grinders with dust shrouds that have vacuums attached to the shrouds, each vacuum has a HEPA bag AND HEPA filter. Then we clean the floors with a Heavy Duty De-greaser and scrub pads followed up with rinsing the area with clean water. Then we apply new grout, sponge area and final wipe. We complete our work when the locations are closed so we DO NOT affect normal Business hours.

Even in simple re-grouting jobs, we bring the floor back up to standards. Saving Thousands in tile replacement.

Most Pictures show the condition of the floor under various kitchen units before we started, and after we completed. No tile repairs were included.
